My journey through the world of food.
Today’s bento is very simple.
Chicken Salad Wrap: Consists of baked chicken breast (shredded), shredded cheese, carrot sticks, boiled egg, with a small amount of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix and Kraft Mayonnaise with lime juice.
Crunches: Gardetto’s pretzel snack mix
Fruit: Michigan grown Fuji apple slices
Snack: 1 piece of dark chocolate
I made this bento for my daughter. She wanted something very simple and light.

Thanks Lia, I found these whole grain wraps and wanted to try them out. I love them I don't think I'll go back to my old ones. They work so well.

Hi Claudia, I love my chicken salad it is one of my go to staples. I used to use canned chicken before because when I baked my chicken is came out too dry, but now I cook my chicken in the slow cooker and it comes out perfect everytime.
