This is just a quick post for today’s lunch bento.
Today’s lunch consists of my breaded rice balls (baked), onigiri with broccoli and baked chicken (its hard to see in the center), baked breaded tilapia fingers, baby carrots, broccoli, baby bel cheese and two wedges of laughing cow cheese.
I have been really busy lately and my sleeping is way off so I tried to keep today’s bento very simple.
By the way I split this bento with my daughter it was so filling.

Hi Uniflame,Yeah me too. Funny thing is I hated broccoli when I was young and love it now.
Looks tasty! Great lunch Marisa :)
Well broccoli is my fav so this is a winner for me!
Hi Lia, It was kind of a spir of the moment bento. I think it worked out well.
Hi Claudia, I find myself working with broccoli a lot lately. I think at this time it is my favorite vegetable.
Great way to pack a lot of yums into the bento!
Thanks Sheri, I was afraid the breading would make things to heavy but it came out great. I guess I've gotten used to eating less because I shared that bento with my daughter and it was more than enough for us. :~)
